User Account Administration
- Add and remove users to the system as requested.
- Create email accounts and personal share space on the servers as requested.
Event Logs
- Review system, application and security logs on a weekly basis to locate any system abnormalities. Should ProMission Projects find any abnormalities, ProMission will notify the site management team of their findings, proposed solution and work to repair the problem.
Backup
- Review tape backup history on a weekly basis to ensure that backups are occurring in a timely and effective manner.
- ProMission will provide a designated contact at site with a tape rotation schedule on a monthly basis.
- ProMission will manage and monitor tape rotations in accordance with the tape rotation schedule on a weekly basis to ensure rotations are occurring and adhering to a tape backup strategy.
- PMP will perform and provide a full system backup on a monthly basis.
Preventative Maintenance
- Optimize hard disk by removing any unnecessary files and reviewing archiving methods on a monthly basis offering customer any suggestions for improvement.
Documentation
- ProMission will create and provide customer with a tape back-up logbook to be utilized / updated by customer staff in adding or removing tapes from the library. ProMission will communicate the implementation of this new process to a designated contact at customer site. ProMission will review the tape back-up logbook on a monthly basis to ensure the process is being followed and utilized correctly.
- ProMission will document disk drive utilization and provide Lombard Conrad with this documentation on a monthly basis.
- ProMission will create and provide customer with a server run book and will update this document on a monthly basis.
Virus Protection
- ProMission will verify, on a weekly basis, that virus protection scheduled updates and scans are being performed as required.
