ProMission Projects Inc. ("ProMission Projects") agrees to provide Services to the Customer in the realm of Internet Protection Services, Domain Names, DNS Management, Content Management, Spam Blocking and Website Hosting as defined within this web site.
Use of ProMission Projects Services constitutes an agreement to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS) and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) which may be changed from time to time.
Law Enforcement: Our AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Customer agrees that the ProMission Projects may disclose any and all Customer information that Law Enforcement requires concerning the illegal activities.
Service Rates: Customer acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Customer. Customer is aware that the ProMission Projects may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. Any promotional offer is contingent upon ProMission Projects achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to ProMission Projects by its suppliers.
Payment: Service is provided for Customer after payment has been received by credit or payment terms have been established.
SPAM: ProMission Projects does not tolerate SPAM and will deal with this issue as listed in the Remedies section in the AUP.
IP Address Ownership: ProMission Projects retains the right to the IP addresses allocated and can change them at any time. However, the Customer with be notified as soon as the change is known.
Miscellaneous Provisions: You must provide us with, and keep current, good contact information for you. E-mail, telephone contacts are used, in that order of preference.
Responsibility for Content: You, as ProMission Projects Customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by the current domain or ip address of the internet service you have purchased.
Denial of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
